What happens on the walk

We look at the lot before we look at you.

  • We pull the parcel map, zoning and slope before we arrive
  • We walk the lot with you and mark where a house could sit
  • You get a rough cost range for design and for build
  • A short written follow-up lands in your inbox within two days
